Welcome to our 5 Day STOP - START Challenge!

Day 1

On Day 1 I'm going to STOP having a negative reaction or self-talk about my physical self.

I'm also going to START saying what I want and how I'm feeling in the moment.


Day 2

On Day 2 my START is I'm going to express my appreciation in writing for someone in my life who doesn't know how much they mean to me.

I'm also going to STOP worrying about $#!@ for another person.


Day 3

On Day 3 I'm going to STOP saying everything is OK and I'm going to START feeling my feelings.


Day 4

On Day 4 I'm going to STOP complaining and I'm going to START amping up my self-care with 3 things that make me smile.


Day 5

On Day 5 I'm going to STOP trying to fix everything and I'm going to START replacing "I should" with "I choose to".
